Go to blogger.com, here you see the blogger.com interface

Then log in via your google.com account if you have an account please create account .It is very easy.

Now go to your blogger account,Click on the blog button for create a new blog.

Look at the picture you will found same picture ,Now put your web site name on the name pad .After putting the name Google will verify the name have available  or not ,if not available rename the name and again put it for verifying if the name is available ,then go to next step

On the title box you write the title or keyword you have selected before if haven’t and keyword ,go to the Google keyword planner for keyword research. Mind it always keyword is the most important option to spread your site and gain supreme success so try to create appropriate keyword which will have great monthly search worldwide with low competition. That will be help you get great visitors

Add a nice description of your site here you can put your keyword 2/3 times. Go to the setting

Write about your site ,your service ,your vision and more related your site but make a description in 80 word either search engine could not index you.
